Methodology

We try to make sure that meetings of our members are as productive as possible. For that, we provide them with different frameworks and models that could be used in meetings with other founders. One overarching methodology we use is coaching. Coaching helps people to achieve their goals. Good coaches ask insightful questions, they don't give advice. Everyone can apply a coaching framework. We use the ROSA model the most. It's a cycle of questions, here is what it stands for.
